Refund policy
1. (Dolls with limited sales period) Full refund is possible within its sales period only. After its sales period ends, we’ll issue can’t refund total amount. Lati has a pre-order system, so be careful when you place an order.
2. (Dolls with limited sales period) In case that any issue is found, it will be replaced with new one or free-of-charge A/S will be offered. No full refund is available.
3. If the doll doesn't have any specific limited sales period, full refund is possible only within 7 days of its purchase.
Please understand and be careful that Lati is pre-order based hand-crafted products so full refund is not possible.
